Our focus is to recruit candidates with various levels of experience for Permanent, Temporary, and Temporary to Permanent positions. Sea Dog Maritime Recruitment is not a "web-based" recruitment firm. We interview and screen all candidates that are recruited for specific job vacancies.

Sea Dog Maritime Recruitment maintains a real-time, up to date confidential database of all seafarers and shore based candidates that are recruited by our firm. We conduct confidential and discreet reference checks. Sea Dog Maritime Recruitment verifies the validation and authenticity of all deck and engineering licenses. We do not charge a fee to the seafarers (or shore based candidates) - our service is completely free of charge. Fees are due only by the hiring party. Sea Dog Maritime Recruitment does not maintain a black list (or similar) to prevent or deter seafarers from gaining employment. In addition, we do not recruit any seafarers (or shore based candidates) under the age of 18.
